How do I create a poster?
Choose a photo, pick a sport and style, and HeroFrame generates a cinematic
poster in seconds.
What is HeroFrame Pro?
Pro unlocks 40 posters per month, removes the watermark, and gives you every
club and national team. Pro is free for your first 3 days.
Can I buy posters without a subscription?
Yes. A 10-poster pack is a one-time purchase: no watermark, nothing renews,
and the posters never expire. Pack posters are used after your free ones.
You'll find it on the upgrade screen, next to Pro.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name → Subscriptions, and
select HeroFrame. You can also reach this from Account → Manage
subscription in the app.
How do I restore a purchase?
Tap Restore purchases in Account, or Restore at the bottom of the
upgrade screen. If a pack you bought hasn't shown up, Restore also adds it.
How do I change my profile photo?
Go to Account and tap your photo. Your profile photo stays on your
iPhone and is never uploaded.
Does HeroFrame work on iPhone Duo?
Yes — every screen has a layout made for iPhone Duo, open or closed.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and
the data stored with it, and clears your recent posters and profile photo from
your device. It doesn't cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that in
Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
